We don’t need Customers prior confirmation to cancel their account and customers can cancel their account any time. Customer can cancel their account with us without any obligation by emailing to our customer service on support@shofiz.com. Once we receive your account cancellation request, we will process your request in seven working days. We may suspend or cancel a customer’s account that we may see as a threat to our business or any other reason that seems reasonable. To reinstate your account in such cases please request so by writing to us on support@shofiz.com.
Policy for ORDER CANCELLATION
If you want to return the items that have been delivered, please give write to us on the email support@shofiz.com for the items you want to return within 24 hours of the delivery.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as fresh vegetables, fruits, sweets), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Any perishable item that is delivered damaged or of substandard quality, please email us at support@shofiz.com with an image of the item. If we find theimages proves the item damaged or of substandard quality, we will process the refund or provide an exchange on next delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. From the cancellation to the point we receive the returned items, it is customers responsibilty to take care of the items.
